aurivus is setting new standards in the decommissioning of nuclear power plants with AI & 3D laser scanning. Now we want to become market leader and establish our solution at further nuclear power plant sites.

For the management of innovation projects in the field of decommissioning of nuclear facilities, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) with relevant industry knowledge from operations, decommissioning, maintenance, or similar of facilities in the nuclear power sector, to start as soon as possible, nationwide.

Tasks

• As a Project Manager, you will contribute your expertise in managing digitalization projects in the decommissioning of nuclear facilities and lead the technical implementation of our AI-based software application in the nuclear power plants.
• You will coordinate exchange with technical departments, radiation protection, and security services to ensure all regulatory requirements and approval procedures for the nuclear facilities are met.
• In the role of Project Manager, you will build strong relationships with decision-makers, experts, and users, persuade even in challenging situations, and promote the acceptance of our solutions.
• The planning and execution of training sessions and workshops are part of your responsibilities to ensure the smooth integration of our AI technology into the daily work of the nuclear industry.
• You will be proactive in identifying and solving difficulties and will work closely with the user team to drive improvements and innovations.
• You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, costs, and deadlines and will lead meetings directly at the nuclear facilities.
• Support our acquisition through expert advice and offer preparation.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience as an engineer or project manager in the field of nuclear or radioactive facilities, particularly with a focus on decommissioning, maintenance, or overhaul.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of the legal, safety, and organizational aspects of nuclear technology.
• You are a communicative team player with persuasive skills and experience in leading challenging projects in the nuclear technology environment with changing teams.
• Independent and structured work, as well as the willingness to undertake assignments nationwide, are a matter of course for you.
• Experience with authorities and inspectors is desirable, but not mandatory.
