To strengthen our HR-Digitalization / HR-IT-Transformation team, we are looking for a Project Leader (m/w/d) with the following qualifications and responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Development of HR-Digitalization strategies and concepts, • Implementation of HR-IT-Transformation projects, • Coordination and management of project teams, • Collaboration with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, • Analysis and evaluation of project results, • Identification and implementation of best practices in HR-Digitalization / HR-IT-Transformation. Requirements: • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, • At least 5 years of experience in HR-Digitalization / HR-IT-Transformation projects, • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing project teams, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Familiarity with HR-Digitalization / HR-IT-Transformation tools and technologies.
