Job description

The engineering office Hubert Beyer is a planning office that has been in operation for over 25 years. With over 80 colleagues from different disciplines, we work daily on the challenging projects of our customers.

You will be used to develop your talents optimally and have space for ideas, exchange, and personal development in a strong team. Now we are looking for you as a reinforcement of the team!

Tasks

  • Self-responsible leadership and control of projects
  • Coordination of specialists, clients, authorities, and internal project teams
  • Ensuring cost, deadline, quality, and project goals
  • Organization and leadership of project, planning, and steering meetings
  • Preparation and maintenance of schedule, cost, and project structure plans
  • Monitoring of planning progress, budgets, and project key figures
  • Steering of reporting and risk management
  • Support in bid and acquisition activities as well as subsequent projects
  • Maintenance of project status reports, dashboards, and controlling documents
  • Ensuring our quality and documentation standards

Qualification

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or comparable field
  • Professional experience in planning, construction management, project control or project management
  • Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and contract law
  • Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary project teams
  • Structured, solution-oriented and self-responsible working style
  • Communication strength and confident appearance towards customers and project partners
