Project Leader (m/w/d) Development of Diagnostic Test Systems in Mannheim (1582)

Start at BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING as Project Leader (m/w/d) and be responsible for planning, development, and implementation of diagnostic test systems that meet the highest quality standards. In close cooperation with cross-functional teams, ensure continuous optimization of testing processes and guarantee timely and cost-effective availability of the systems.

Tasks

• Designing innovative test solutions: Development and specification of modern approaches for measurements, data analysis, and automation, as well as definition of calibration and maintenance procedures for diagnostic devices such as blood glucose meters.
• Project coordination/project leadership: Planning and steering the development activities in accordance with time, budget, and quality guidelines, as well as creating efficient project structures and ensuring a productive and motivated work environment.
• Risk management: Identification, evaluation, and management of project risks with scenario planning and escalation when necessary.
• Reporting and controlling: Monitoring the project progress, preparing reports, and aligning the project plan with product plans.

Qualification

• Qualification: Successfully completed studies, ideally in measurement technology, software development, or testing technology.
• Professional knowledge: Experience in developing test systems and fundamental knowledge of measurement technology, electronics, and software engineering.
• Programming skills: Very good knowledge of C, NI LabView, and NI TestStand, as well as basic knowledge of software validation and quality data analysis (e.g. Excel, SQL, Statistica).
• Project management: Comprehensive experience in planning and leading projects, including risk and resource management.
• Linguistic skills: Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Soft skills: Team leadership competence, planning thinking, and the ability to steer complex projects.
