Project Leader (m/w/d) - Cooling Technology

Tasks

• **Your Tasks:**Independent project leadership in system business over all project phases
• Building supervision and construction site management including term, cost, and quality control
• Coordination, steering, and settlement of subcontractors
• Preparation of calculations as well as offer and supplementary documents
• Processing of procurement for system services and materials
• Implementation of the supplementary management including evaluation and negotiation
• Preparation of interim, partial, and final settlements
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and economic specifications

Qualification

• Fundamental knowledge in supply technology, ideally with a focus on cooling, climate, and ventilation technology
• Good knowledge of the HKLSEM trades (heating, climate, ventilation, sanitary, electrical, and measurement, control, and regulation technology)
• Outstanding organizational skills as well as assertiveness in coordinating project participants
• High communication competence in dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams combined with a structured, self-reliant working method
• Safe handling of technical documents, plans, and documentation
• English language skills in writing and speaking from an advantage, particularly for cooperation with international partners
• A valid car driving license (Class B) and travel readiness for construction site and customer meetings
