To strengthen our Delivery & Engineering department, we are looking for you as a Project Leader (m/w/d). In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and economic overall management of our large-scale storage projects.

Your tasks

• Sole responsibility for complex BESS projects – from concept phase to commissioning
• Steering time-, budget-, and resource plans in close coordination with Development, Engineering, and Procurement
• Technical and economic coordination of all project phases: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Acceptance
• Ensuring cost-, deadline-, and quality targets according to technical standards (VDE, IEC)
• Flying interdisciplinarily project teams and steering external partners and service providers
• Active risk-, change-, and claim management as well as regular reporting
• Closely cooperating with Finance, Legal, and Operations for a smooth project handover

Your profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology or Industrial Engineering
• Multiple years of experience in technical project management (energy or plant construction)
• Good knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PMI, IPMA) and tools (MS Project, Jira)
• Experience in budget-, risk-, and quality management
• Structured, solution-oriented, and assertive working style
• Fluent German skills and very good English skills
• Travel readiness, especially during the construction and commissioning phases and at our Munich location
