Project Leader (m/w/d)

Armbruster Engineering GmbH & Co. KG develops and implements intelligent workstations for manual production in industrial environments of large and medium-sized companies. The company specializes in the development and installation of software and related hardware for monitoring and optimizing assembly processes. ELAM-Software provides the basis for an entry into Industry 4.0 technologies. Tasks You are the interface between our enterprise customers, who expect innovative solutions from us. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing new projects, • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, • Ensuring the quality of our products and services, • Identifying and exploiting business opportunities, • Maintaining relationships with existing customers, • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Requirements You have a degree in engineering or a related field, • At least 5 years of experience in project management, • Proven track record of successfully leading projects, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications.
