As Project Leader (m/w/d) Additive Manufacturing with a focus on plastics and special materials, you are the central point of contact for internal and external projects in this field. You develop customized manufacturing solutions and work closely with all relevant departments: CNC machining, Additive Manufacturing, Robotics, Molds & Injection Molding. For implementation, modern FDM printing systems are available at your disposal.

Tasks

• Leadership and control of projects in the field of Additive Manufacturing (AM/technologies, processes, suppliers)
• Care for FDM technology (plastic 3D printing) and its integration into projects
• Development and constructive elaboration of additively manufactured tools and components
• Identification of new technological innovations to support the company's strategic development
• BUILDING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and market/technology analyses

Qualification

• Completed technical training with relevant professional experience or specialized studies (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Technology, Materials Science)
• Very good CAD skills (preferably NX)
• High communication skills, initiative and assertiveness
• Structured, self-reliant working style and organizational talent
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Good English skills (at least B2)
• Readiness for further education
