We are looking for dedicated Project Managers in the field of mechatronic systems to strengthen our team, for project assignments in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, and Italy.

Tasks

Core Tasks:

1. Project Planning

• Define goals and requirements
• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Time, cost, and resource planning
• Set milestones and deadlines
• Plan risk management
• Accompany FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

2. Team Leadership and Coordination

• Assemble project team
• Assign and coordinate tasks
• Motivation and leadership of the team
• Manage interfaces between different departments
• Manage suppliers

3. Communication

• Regular project meetings (internal and external)
• Contact person for stakeholders and clients
• Report project status (e.g., in the form of status reports or presentations)
• Close collaboration with purchasing, specialist departments, management, and quality

4. Project Monitoring & Control

• Monitor progress (time, cost, quality)
• Identify deviations and take corrective action
• Change management (Change Requests)
• Quality assurance
• Participation in Steering Boards

5. Project Completion

• Obtain acceptance of project results
• Documentation and Lessons Learned
• Team dissolution and follow-up
• Presentation at C-level
• On-site management at the project location (willingness to travel)

Qualifications

• Completed studies in engineering, physics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the required areas
• Extensive methodological competence in project management
• Strong team leadership skills and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in project management tools and methods
• Citizen of an EU country
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
• Car driver's license
