M365 Project Leader (m/w/d) - 90% Remote, 10% in Munich and nationwide deployments at workshops

We are looking for an IT project leader for the Microsoft 365 area for a service provider of statutory insurance. The company's headquarters is located in Munich, with 90% of the activity being remote. Occasionally, there may be nationwide deployments for workshops and training sessions. Preference is to be based in Munich.

Tasks

• Promote complex cloud & enterprise projects internally and externally
• Professional guidance of project teams, including project discussions
• Planning and leadership of all project phases from requirements management to handover to the customer
• First point of contact for questions around the project
• Reporting on partial results of the project progress to stakeholders
• Moderation of meetings and workshops

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business informatics or economics (including business administration)
• Very good experience in the field of Digital Workplace with over 8 years of project experience, as well as experience in MS Azure architectures within the M365 Digital Workplace Transformation
• Good experience in IT project leadership with focus on social insurance providers
• Certification in the agile area (e.g. Professional Scrum Master I) and PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA Level C
• German C2
• English B2
