At our headquarters in Cologne, we are looking for reinforcement in the field of project management for ELT/Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and control of demanding projects in the field of electrical engineering within building services engineering (TGA)
• Technical and organizational responsibility for project execution across all service phases of HOAI
• Development of innovative and economical concepts in the field of ventilation for new and existing buildings
• Coordination of project teams and cooperation with specialist planners, clients, architects, and external partners
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality throughout the entire project duration
• Conducting technical coordination and planning meetings
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines
• Support with the tendering, awarding, and billing of electrical engineering systems
• Point of contact for customers and project stakeholders on all project-related issues

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in building services engineering, energy and building technology, building technology with a focus on ventilation and air conditioning technology, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of ventilation, air conditioning, or building services engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the planning, project planning, or project management of ventilation and air conditioning systems
• In-depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and the relevant standards, guidelines, and technical regulations in the field of air conditioning technology
• Experience in building services engineering (TGA) and in the execution of complex construction projects is desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Commercial thinking as well as a high degree of quality, deadline, and cost awareness
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Proficient in MS Office and standard planning and calculation software in the field of TGA/ventilation
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
