Your Tasks

• You are our expert for air conditioning systems and bring your practical experience to the development of the division.

• You develop simple standards and processes for installation, commissioning, and quality.

• You help onboard and professionally develop new air conditioning technicians.

• You support new customer offers and ensure that our ideas work technically and on the construction site.

• You are the point of contact for our external craft partners and support with technical questions and difficult cases.

• You take on your own projects and help us further expand the air conditioning technology division.

Your Profile

• You come from air conditioning technology, the refrigeration/air conditioning industry, or the sanitary, heating, and plumbing (SHK) trade and are familiar with construction site work.

• You have completed training in the SHK sector or have a comparable technical qualification. A master craftsman's certificate is a plus, but not a must.

• You have excellent knowledge of air conditioning systems, installation, and commissioning.

• You can effectively pass on your knowledge to other tradespeople.

• You work independently, pragmatically, and enjoy hands-on work.

• You are eager to build a new division from the ground up.

• You can work at either the Berlin or Cologne location.
