Tasks

• Leadership and coordination of Waterloop projects for cold installations from planning to acceptance.
• Closely working with international customers – consulting, offer preparation, and project controlling.
• Optimization of processes and integration of sustainable technologies.
• Team coordination (approx. 5-10 employees) and interface to sales, engineering, and suppliers.

Qualification

• Completed training in the HKLS sector (e.g., mechatronics, climate technology) with several years of experience as a project manager or polisher.
• Strong expertise in cold installations and Waterloop systems (e.g., R32/R744, pump systems).
• High customer orientation and joy in international communication (English B2/C1).
• Ideal: You come from the HKLS sector, do not want to be on construction sites every day anymore, but strategically work with global customers.
• Structured working style, CAD knowledge (e.g., AutoCAD) an advantage.
