Project Manager for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation Technology (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Project Manager for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation Technology (m/f/d) with a 4-day week in Hamburg as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• On-site Project Management: As the responsible project manager, you ensure the smooth running of the construction site and supervise the execution of all work in the refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology trades – from the bidding phase to successful handover to the customer.

• Communication & Interface: You are the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on-site and ensure clear, solution-oriented communication.

• Material and Deployment Planning: In addition to the dispatch of materials and equipment, you are responsible for the deployment and material planning for the entire project team.

• Personnel Management & Organization: The coordination and management of construction site personnel and subcontractors are part of your area of responsibility, as is the organization of work processes.

• Work Safety: Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations is also your responsibility.

• Measurements: For invoicing and material ordering, you create measurements and installation sketches.

• Project Controlling: You keep an eye on deadlines, quality, and costs at all times.

• Quotation Preparation: You independently prepare quotations for your area.

• Documentation of Additional Services: You also document and evaluate non-contractual services such as additional, extra, and change orders and prepare them for invoicing.

Qualifications

• You have further training as a master refrigeration technician, building services engineer, state-certified technician for refrigeration or HVAC (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.

• Ideally, you have experience in project or construction management and technical project management.

• You actively apply your technical understanding and leadership skills in construction site management.

• Organizational skills and assertive communication characterize you and help you to successfully manage projects.

• Your independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach helps you in construction site management.

• You are proficient in common MS Office applications; CAD skills are an advantage.

• A valid driver's license class B completes your profile.
