Project Leader Refrigeration, Climate and Ventilation Technology (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Project Leader Refrigeration, Climate and Ventilation Technology (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time in Hamburg.

Aufgaben

• Project leadership on site: As responsible project leader, you will ensure a smooth process on the construction site and monitor the execution of all works in the fields of refrigeration, climate, and ventilation technology – from the tender phase to the successful handover to the customer.
• Communication & Interface: You are the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on site and ensure a clear, solution-oriented communication.
• Material- and deployment planning: In addition to the disposition of materials and equipment, you will take care of the deployment and material planning for the entire project team.
• Personnel management & organization: The coordination and leadership of the construction site personnel as well as subcontractors are part of your responsibility, as is the organization of work processes.
• Safety at work: You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Measurement: To settle accounts and order materials, you will prepare measurements and installation drawings.
• Project control: You will keep track of deadlines, quality, and costs at all times.
• Budgeting: You will independently calculate bids for your area.
• Dokumentation of additional services: You will document and evaluate additional services such as extra, more, and change orders and prepare them for billing.

Qualification

• You have a further education in refrigeration engineering, ventilation technology, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring experience in project or construction site management, technical project management, or a similar field.
• Your technical understanding and leadership skills are actively applied in the construction site management.
• Organizational skills and assertive communication help you to successfully steer projects.
• Your self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented work style helps you with construction site management.
• You are confident in handling common MS-Office applications; CAD knowledge is an asset.
• You have a valid Class B driver's license.
