Aufgaben

Your task area: Coordinate & Manage

• Project responsibility: Take overall responsibility for IT projects in an industrial environment – from planning to implementation and successful acceptance
• Stakeholder management: Central steering and coordination of all internal and external project participants
• Kundenkommunikation: Direct communication with customers on eye level in German and English
• Presence & Moderation: Conducting customer workshops, project meetings, and technical presentations directly on site
• Requirements engineering: Analyze professional requirements and translate them precisely into technical concepts
• Project controlling: Continuous monitoring and adherence to project budgets, deadlines, and quality standards
• Reporting & documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and decision-making templates
• Risk management: Early identification of project risks and proactive development and implementation of suitable countermeasures
• Architecture development: Technical support for the strategic further development of software and system architectures
• Interface work: Close, interdisciplinary cooperation with teams from development, sales, and management

Qualification

Your competencies: Technical know-how & experience

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in leading IT projects, ideally in an industrial environment
• Very good knowledge in:
  - C#/MS SQL Server/WPF and WCF
  - Web development (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web APIs)
  - Connection and use of cloud services (e.g. Azure, AWS or comparable)
• Good understanding of project management methods (classic and/or agile)
• Experience with software architectures, interfaces, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of common project management methods (classic and/or agile)
• Very good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Safe and professional appearance in direct customer contact
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility and organizational strength
• Determination and developed team and conflict skills
• Travel readiness within the scope of customer projects
• Valid Class B driver's license
