Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen einen Project Leader (m/w/d) with profound experience in IT-Project Leadership, who accompanies projects and products from the idea to operational operation – from small and agile to large and enterprise-critical.
Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden, Fachbereichen und IT-Teams sorgst Du dafür, dass aus Anforderungen belastbare Lösungen und nachhaltige Ergebnisse werden.

• Comprehensive leadership of IT- and Digital projects over all phases – from requirement and conception to Go-Live and transition into operation
• Steuerung interdisciplinary project teams (IT, Fachbereiche, external service providers) as well as coordination with all relevant stakeholders
• Steuerung und Führung multiple project strands as well as smaller to larger initiatives in parallel
• Analyse of professional and technical requirements as well as translation into executable IT- and project concepts
• Responsibility for schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and dependencies – with a clear view on priorities
• Aktive risk assessment and problem-solving, especially in complex IT- and system landscapes
• Sparring partner for customers, departments, and management with clear and transparent communication
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von project methods, standards, and best practices (classic, hybrid or agile)
• Mitarbeit an RPA-, automation- or digitalization initiatives, z. B. with UiPath or comparable platforms

Knowledge

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Projektleitung, idealerweise in digitalen, software- oder automationsnahen Projekten
• Kenntnisse im classic and/or agile project management (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum, hybrid models)
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, complex relationships to structure and pragmatically implement
• Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Fachbereichen, IT, service providers, and management
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsstärke und ein lösungsorientiertes Mindset
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
• RPA-experience (e.g. UiPath) or strong interest in automation and efficiency topics desired
