For a successful real estate company in the canton of Aargau, we are looking for a Project Manager Real Estate Development (m/f/d) 100% with experience in project development, area development, and owner representation.

The company develops and realizes its own real estate projects and accompanies them through various phases of the value chain. The focus is on land, areas, and properties with development potential for residential, commercial, and mixed-use purposes.

In this role, you will take on a central position in the development of the company's own real estate projects on behalf of the owner/client – from the initial idea through strategic conception, feasibility and economic viability assessment, as well as building law clarification, up to the building permit. You will represent the interests of the ownership and manage the collaboration with internal and external project partners.

Your Responsibility

• Management of real estate development projects up to and including the building permit, as well as owner/client representation for various company-owned real estate projects
• Development and assessment of urban planning, usage, and economic viability concepts, taking into account building law framework conditions
• Development of property and project strategies, as well as market, demand, and location analyses
• Management and coordination of development projects with internal and external project partners
• Building and maintaining a professional network, as well as representing the company internally and externally

Your Competencies

• Higher education in architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning, real estate, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in real estate or project development with responsibility for projects, budgets, and costs
• Good knowledge in the areas of building law, economic viability, and project management
• Good understanding of the interfaces between project development, real estate market, and marketing
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in identifying development potential and transforming it into viable projects
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good MS Office skills
