Project Leader in Metal Construction (Windows/Facades) (m/w/d) in Berlin
Job description
Hans Timm Fensterbau GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company with over 65 years of history in Berlin-Marienfelde – and today one of the leading window manufacturers in Germany. With a team of 150 people, you build high-quality wooden, wood-aluminum, aluminum, and steel windows for demanding customers from the real estate industry, investment sector, and private sphere. As Project Leader in Metal Construction, you take on genuine responsibility – from planning to completion – and shape projects that leave visible marks.
Tasks
- You handle construction projects independently from A to Z – from initial calculation to acceptance
- You take measurements, plan the work, and accompany the installation directly on site
- You work closely with architects and building owners together and are their reliable point of contact
- You keep track of deadlines, costs, and revenue and actively steer against any deviations
- You ensure that quality and customer expectations match at every project
Qualification
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter, wood technician, metalworker or technical drafter
- In-depth knowledge of window construction – you know what you're talking about
- Safe handling of MS-Office and basic knowledge in CAD
- Customer-oriented, professional appearance when dealing with architects and building owners
- Structured, independent working style with an eye on deadlines and costs
