Job description
You take responsibility where energy requires highest precision: As Project Leader (m/w/d), you oversee complex HGÜ- and STATCOM-large-scale systems throughout all project phases – from technical conception to successful commissioning.
Tasks
- Responsibility for the complete implementation of technical large-scale projects in the high-voltage area – including planning, manufacturing, testing, and installation
- Preparation of technical specifications and evaluation of offers in close cooperation with departmental units and suppliers
- Coordination of all project-participating parties as well as steering of interfaces to ensure timely realization
- Maintenance of safety-relevant guidelines and technical accompaniment of tests and inspections on construction sites
- Active control of schedules, cost developments, and risks as well as technical clearances and progress controls
Qualification
- Techincal degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology or comparable major
- Fundamental experience in primary technology, ideally in conjunction with HGÜ- or STATCOM-systems
- Mult-year practice in leading projects in the high-voltage or highest voltage area
- Safe handling of MS Project or Primavera P6 as well as common MS Office applications
- Fluent German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2)
- Driver's license Class B, willingness to travel and valid work permit within the EU
