We are looking for a project leader who will lead our construction projects from planning to implementation. Your tasks will include: • Project planning and coordination, including the creation of schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans; • Coordination with internal departments (e.g., engineering, IT) and external partners; • Risk management and crisis resolution; • Quality control and assurance; • Communication with customers and stakeholders; • Team leadership and collaboration; • Continuous learning and improvement of processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry; • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from planning to implementation; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
