Leadership and responsibility for planning and execution of heating and cooling projects ? Coordination of construction and assembly work in collaboration with the specialist departments ? Ensuring project goals regarding quality, costs and schedule ? Creating project plans and tender documents ? Technical consulting and customer support throughout the entire project period ? Monitoring and controlling construction sites and the work of subcontractors ? Budget and resource management ? Leadership and motivation of the project team ? Close cooperation with suppliers and partners Profile ? Completed training as a heating or cooling installer (EFZ) or equivalent technical training ? Further education to technician, engineer or project leader (or in a similar direction) ? Several years of experience in leading projects in the field of heating/cooling ? In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations ? Excellent leadership and communication skills ? High self-organization and structured working method ?
