As part of the strengthening of our Network Department at X, we are looking for a Project Leader for Large Projects 80% to 100%.Your MissionYour main task will be to manage large projects in X (pipelines, combined projects) from planning to implementation, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.Your Responsibilities* Manage large-scale projects in the field of hydropower production* Coordinate with stakeholders, including project partners, customers, and internal departments* Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed* Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, such as those related to environmental impact and safety* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project partners and customers* Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and construction, to ensure successful project implementation* Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress* Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget* Develop and implement effective project management strategies and processes* Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize potential projects* Identify and address any gaps in project management skills or knowledge* Develop and maintain a network of contacts and relationships within the industry* Provide guidance and support to junior team members* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.* Participate in internal and external training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.* Your Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a related field* At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector* Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and tools* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Experience with project management software and tools* Certification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile) is an asset* Your Benefits* Competitive salary and benefits package* Opportunities for professional development and growth* Collaborative and dynamic work environment* Flexible working hours and remote work options* Access to training and development programs* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance*
