We are looking for a Project Leader Large Projects 80% to 100%. Your Mission Your main task will be to lead large projects in the field of water power production, with a focus on project planning, coordination, and implementation. You will work closely with our team and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities * Lead large projects in the field of water power production, from planning to implementation. * Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, natural sciences). * At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector. * Proven track record of successfully leading large projects from planning to implementation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
