The ISG – automation GmbH is an independent, family-owned engineering office for building, industrial, and ship automation with its headquarters in Rostock.

Since 2013, we have been realizing comprehensive automation solutions for public and private clients – practically, efficiently, and innovatively.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Leader Building Automation (m/w/d) – e.g. as an Electrical Engineer, Project Engineer, Technician or Master – with technical expertise, leadership skills, and enthusiasm for intelligent building technology.

Tasks

• Sole responsibility for leading GA and MSR projects (HOAI LP 1–9)
• Design planning of automation and MSR systems for new and existing buildings
• Control of deadlines, costs, quality, and commissioning
• Development of automation concepts, GA model solutions, load lists, and performance descriptions
• Preparation and review of MSR schemas, function lists, and technical documentation
• Coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Participation in customer consulting, contract negotiations, and project control
• Scholarly support and further development of team members

Qualification

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Building Automation or comparable
  alternatively: Technician / Master with relevant professional experience
• Multiple years of experience in planning and project management for building automation projects
• Very good knowledge of MSR technology, GA systems, and protocols (e.g. KNX, BACnet, Modbus)
• Experience with CAD software (TRIC, AutoCAD) as well as safe handling of MS Office
• Organizational strength, communication skills, and self-responsible working style
• Good German and English language skills
• Familiarity with HOAI, VOB, calculation, and technical standards
• Travel readiness in the northern German region
