Project Leader for Climate and Ventilation Technology (m/w/d)

Tasks

As Project Leader, you will be responsible for the technical and organizational management of projects in the field of climate and ventilation technology at our company. You coordinate construction sites, synchronize with customers, suppliers and installers, and ensure that our projects are implemented cleanly, economically and on schedule.

• Planning, control and execution of projects in the area of ventilation and climate technology
• Coordination of installers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal interfaces
• Synchronization with customers, architects, engineers and other tradespeople
• Review of plans, performance specifications and technical documentation
• Preparation and tracking of offers, supplements and orders
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality and execution
• Site visits, measurements, inspections and documentation
• Support in resolving technical issues and problems during project development

Qualification

• Completed training, master's degree, technician or study in the field of TGA, ventilation technology, supply technology, plant mechanics or comparable
• Experience in project management or site management in the area of ventilation, climate or building technology
• Technical understanding in the field of TGA
• Safe handling of plans, performance specifications and technical documentation
• Structured, responsible and solution-oriented working method
• Communication skills in dealing with customers, colleagues and project participants
• Driver's license class B
• Safe handling of MS Office; experience with ERP-, CAD- or project software is an advantage
