Aufgaben

• As Project Leader for Renewable Energies, you will take over the leadership of an eight-member team in project development.
• You prioritize new projects and evaluate them together with your team.
• You ensure compliance with legal framework conditions in all project phases.
• You analyze potential sites for PV or BESS projects and accompany the decision-making process.
• You represent the company at meetings with authorities and municipalities – occasionally also in the evening.
• You plan your team's resources and coordinate project capacities.
• You steer external project partners and service providers, including quality control.
• You accompany the approval and planning procedures with secure technical expertise.
• You bring strategic impulses into the further development of the project portfolio.

Qualifikation

• As Project Leader for Renewable Energies, you bring leadership experience and at least 3 years of industry experience with you.
• You have a degree or training in the field of Geography, Architecture, Engineering, or Urban Planning.
• You are familiar with permit procedures and public building law.
• You have experience working together with authorities, municipalities, and service providers.
• You are proficient in the entire process of project development from PV or wind projects.
• You confidently present yourself – even at public presentations or political committees.
• You can exchange information on a professional level with management.
