Now it is looking for a thinking and motivated project leader for building physics and acoustics, 90-100% (w/m/d), as of now or upon agreement, who is responsible for the following tasks: * Project planning and coordination with the team * Development of project concepts and proposals * Evaluation and assessment of building physics and acoustics aspects in large projects * Consulting and advising clients on building physics and acoustics matters * Planning and coordination of measurements and tests in the field of building physics and acoustics * Development and implementation of innovative solutions for building physics and acoustics * Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to building projects * Project management and control, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance * Reporting and documentation of project progress and results * Identification and mitigation of risks and potential issues in building projects * Continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in building physics and acoustics. Requirements: * University degree in building physics, acoustics, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in building physics and acoustics, preferably in a leading or management role * Strong knowledge of building physics and acoustics principles, regulations, and standards * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in MS Office and other common software tools * Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed * Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
