Your Tasks
- Responsible management of fiber optic projects and coordination of construction management
- Cooperation with clients and authorities
- Personnel management including coordination/supervision of subcontractors
- Adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Award negotiations and change order management
- Existing customer care and development of new business relationships
- Participation in technical further development and digitalization
Your Profile
- Technical degree or comparable qualification and several years of management experience in civil engineering
- Convincing leadership competence
- Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and regulations in civil engineering
- High willingness to travel
- Communication skills, initiative, and negotiation skills
- Very good German language skills
