With our portfolio of services, we realize foundation work, mast installations, and cable pulling for entire overhead line sections in the high-voltage sector (110 kV).

• Success Companion - Project Management: You keep an eye on progress on our construction sites. Your excellent organizational skills are of central importance, allowing you to bring our construction projects to a successful conclusion while adhering to schedules, quality, and budget.
• Work Safety and Quality: Together with our installation teams, you design a transparent project workflow. Your continuous status and quality checks ensure the highest standards according to our HSEQ specifications. Your contribution counts!
• Regular Customer Contact: You maintain regular contact with our customers and inform them about the current status of the construction sites. You identify changes or additional requirements early on, inform them about claims management and the measures to be taken.
• Coordination of Subcontractors: By contracting and supervising subcontractors, you guarantee the efficiency of construction progress. You ensure that the agreed-upon services are performed on time and in accordance with our quality standards.
• Team Player: From quotation preparation to project acceptance, you work closely with site management, project controlling, and other internal stakeholders, contributing your expertise.

• Completed university degree e.g., Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering, alternatively a comparable qualification as a Technician / Master Craftsman with further training.
• As a career entrant, you bring high motivation and a willingness to learn intensively.
• Technical Expert: You have practical experience in project management, preferably from the construction industry, as well as experience in adhering to and implementing work safety measures (HSEQ).
• You are a team player and enjoy taking responsibility. With your decision-making and communication skills (including very good German language skills), empathy, and assertiveness, you achieve productive collaboration.

• You possess a driver's license Class B and are willing to travel (usually Monday - Thursday) to support our projects on-site (in the southern German region).
