Tasks
-
Creation of energy concepts, feasibility analyses, and economic calculations
-
Simulation of heat pumps and PV systems
-
Conducting energy audits
-
Energy monitoring (AMEV)
-
Waste heat utilization
-
Calculation of energy contracting offers for heat, cooling, and electricity
-
Communication with customers and partners
-
Quality, cost, and schedule planning as well as their monitoring and documentation
-
Guidance and coordination of planning partners as well as plan review and optimization
Qualifications
- Several years of practical professional experience in the planning and project management of energy contracting projects
- Studies in environmental engineering, building/supply engineering, building climatology, mechanical engineering, or comparable qualification
- High knowledge of funding programs (KfW, BAFA) and energy industry frameworks
- High practical and legal knowledge in the renovation of residential and office buildings
- Sound IT affinity including very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally, knowledge of industry software such as PV-Sol, Polysun, IDA ICE, nPro Energy etc.
