Project Manager ELO ECM (m/f/d)

As an IT service provider, we support our customers in digitizing their business processes and implementing modern solutions for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management Systems (DMS). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager ELO ECM (m/f/d) who will independently manage customer projects and successfully implement them together with our customers and technical teams.

Experience with ELO ECM is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. If you already have sound experience with other DMS or ECM solutions, we will gladly support you in getting started with the ELO world.

Tasks

• You will take responsibility for the planning, management, and coordination of DMS and ECM projects – from requirements gathering to successful go-live.
• You are the central point of contact for our customers and will accompany them throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Together with the relevant departments, you will analyze existing processes and develop suitable digital solution approaches.
• You will structure requirements and coordinate their implementation with our consultants, developers, and other project participants.
• You will keep track of deadlines, budgets, resources, and project goals and ensure transparent communication.
• You will moderate workshops and project meetings and present concepts as well as project results.
• You will identify optimization and digitalization potentials and jointly develop sustainable solutions with our customers.
• You will support us in continuously developing our project methods and internal processes.

Qualification

• Several years of experience in the field of **Document Management Systems (DMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM)**, or in comparable digitalization projects
• Experience in managing and steering IT projects
• A good understanding of digital document and business processes
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct exchange with customers and project teams
• A confident demeanor and the ability to bring together technical and functional requirements in an understandable way
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to attend occasional on-site customer appointments
• Experience with ELO ECM is an advantage, but explicitly not a prerequisite

Ideally, you live in Southern Germany. However, due to our flexible working arrangements, the position can largely be performed from home office.
