• You will take over the technical leadership and independent execution of your projects in the field of energy and building technology – from preparation to successful completion
• You will plan, coordinate, and monitor construction site processes, schedules, personnel, and materials, ensuring a smooth project flow
• You will lead and organize our assembly teams, assign employees according to requirements, and act as the point of contact on the construction site
• You will support our clients, assist with technical offer preparation and consultation, determine the scope of services, and accompany technical clarifications
• You will take care of change order management, quality assurance, documentation, and as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Profile

• You have completed training in electrical engineering – ideally supplemented by a qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d)
• You have several years of professional experience in electrical trades, preferably in energy and building technology
• You ideally have initial experience in project management, construction site coordination, or leading assembly teams – experienced skilled workers looking to take the next step into project management are also welcome
• You work independently, in a structured, and solution-oriented manner, have technical understanding, and can keep an overview even with multiple parallel tasks
• You present yourself confidently to clients, employees, and business partners, communicate clearly, and gladly take responsibility for your projects and your team
