At our headquarters in Cologne, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of project management for ELT/ Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and control of demanding projects in the field of electrical engineering within technical building equipment (TGA)
• Technical and organizational responsibility for project execution across all service phases of HOAI
• Development of innovative and economical electrical engineering concepts for new and existing buildings
• Coordination of project teams and collaboration with specialist planners, clients, architects, and external partners
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality throughout the entire project duration
• Conducting technical coordination and planning meetings
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines
• Support in tendering, awarding, and invoicing of electrical engineering systems
• Contact person for clients and project stakeholders in all project-related matters

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, Building Services Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of Electrical Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in planning or project management of electrical engineering systems
• In-depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant standards and regulations
• Experience in technical building equipment (TGA) desirable
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Economic thinking and a high degree of quality and responsibility awareness
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific planning software
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
