Project Leader Efficiency House Planning / Key Account Prefabricated Housing (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a new business area with us.

EcoEnergineers specializes in energy consulting, building physics, and efficient building concepts. So far, we have mainly worked on project-based projects. Now, we want to further develop our cooperation with a partner from the prefabricated housing sector and create a fixed role for this.

This is not about sales or cold calling. You will be responsible for a existing partner, coordinate energy planning, and ensure that recurring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably.

In the beginning, you will work operationally yourself: calculations, proofs, adjustments, quality control. At the same time, you will develop processes, templates, and standards with us to turn individual projects into a well-functioning area. When the project volume grows and it fits for both sides, this can quickly become a team lead role.

Tasks

• You coordinate efficiency house projects in new construction, especially in the prefabricated housing sector.
• You are the technical point of contact for our partner and regularly synchronize with the involved parties.
• You create and review energy reports, calculations, and documentation according to GEG, BEG/KfW, DIN V 18599, and QNG.
• You deal with thermal protection, summer thermal protection, building envelope, plant technology, and energy optimizations.
• You optimize structures in recurring workflows and develop templates, standards, and working methods with us.
• You support BAFA and KfW funding issues.
• You work closely with the management team together and bring your own ideas.
• You help build a small team in the efficiency house planning area.

Qualification

• You have completed studies in building engineering, architecture, energy and building technology, or a comparable training.
• You bring about 2 to 8 years of experience in energy consulting, efficiency house planning, thermal protection, or building physics.
• You are familiar with energy reports according to GEG and have ideally already had contact with DIN V 18599, BEG/KfW, or efficiency house standards.
• You know Hottgenroth or are willing to get involved.
• You communicate professionally with customers and planning partners.
• You like to finish things and have a desire not just to complete tasks, but to build an area.
