Responsibilities

Your Role:

In this role, you will manage one of our most important IT projects: the introduction of our ERP system. As an internal project manager, you will be responsible from system selection to go-live – thereby laying the digital foundation for our next growth phase.

Your tasks include:

• Managing the ERP system selection together with management and the departments
• Gathering requirements from all departments – documenting, prioritizing, and coordinating requirements
• Keeping project plans, milestones, budgets, and risks under control
• Coordinating the integration of existing systems (Shopify, Amazon, DATEV) into the new ERP logic
• Change Management: preparing employees for the new system and coordinating training
• Ensuring a clean handover and complete operational documentation before project completion

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in managing IT projects – ERP, CRM, or comparable
• Successfully managed several ERP implementations or migrations as a project manager, consultant, or key user
• Structured requirements management: interviewing departments, documenting, making decisions
• SME mentality: pragmatic solutions, no over-engineering but quick decisions
• Advantageous: ERP experience in Food / Production / FMCG, knowledge of SAP B1, Dynamics, proALPHA, or Sage, PRINCE2 or agile methods
