As a Project Manager Customer Projects (m/f/d), you will ensure that customer orders are implemented on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction through clear communication, forward-looking planning, and economic management.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the successful implementation of customer projects from the offer phase to completion
• Creation of offer and contract schedules as well as estimation of project management effort
• Review of offer and order documents, clarification of open points and risks
• Taking over the project after order receipt and creation of internal and external schedules
• Coordination of internal resources, external service providers, and suppliers
• Ensuring material availability, technical coordination, and project progress
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, risks, and payment flows
• Site management and control of implementation up to acceptance, invoicing, and project documentation
• Leading project meetings and regular customer visits
• Active stakeholder and escalation management as well as reporting to divisional management and executive board
• Execution of project post-calculations and lessons learned

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, Polish desirable
• Communicative, assertive, diplomatic, and structured
• Forward-looking, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Resilient and reliable in appearance
• Team-oriented and flexible in dealing with changing requirements
