Responsibilities

• Independent management of projects in subsidized broadband expansion from planning to project acceptance
• Coordination of communication among all project participants such as civil engineering companies, planning offices, cities and municipalities, and other project/process participants
• Monitoring and control of project goals regarding time, budget, quality, and subsidy compliance
• Ensuring and accompanying the tendering and awarding of planning and construction services
• Regular reporting to internal stakeholders and management
• Ensuring compliance with subsidy conditions
• Support in the strategic further development of expansion projects and processes

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, a comparable degree, or a completed apprenticeship with several years of relevant experience
• Several years of professional experience in network, civil engineering, or broadband expansion
• Experience in project management or project leadership and sound professional practice in the execution and control of projects, including supplier management
• Experience with planning and tendering procedures
• Ideally, initial knowledge of the use of subsidies
• Ability to work interdisciplinarily as well as strong communication, expression, and assertiveness skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, at least C1 level required
