Project Leader Construction Projects (m/w/d)

As a general contractor with its own planning company, we take responsibility for complex refurbishment projects – from the initial idea to the turnkey implementation. To strengthen our interdisciplinary team, we are looking for a committed personality with a passion for construction projects as a Project Leader (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Leadership of construction projects in the implementation phase
• Co-shaping contractual, economic, and technical framework conditions
• Buildee owner support as well as coordination with authorities, architects, and engineering consultants
• Funding and coordination of project teams
• Scheduling, capacity planning, and budgeting for subcontractors
• Taking over technical and economic project responsibility

Qualification

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the construction and project leadership of turnkey projects
• Knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and other building contract regulations is advantageous
• Outstanding project management competence as well as communication and assertiveness skills
