Project Manager / Site Manager Internal Service - Heat Pumps (m/f/d)
Job description
You have 30 construction sites in mind and haven't been to any of them in person.
If you meet deadlines, push subcontractors, and see things through with structure until the end, you're in the right place with us.
We are a self-financed scale-up for heat pumps and photovoltaics. Grown from 5 to 50 employees in 12 months, without investor pressure, and continuing on a growth trajectory.
The role is the entry point. Those who handle projects cleanly will become Process Owners and help shape how we manage the next 50 installations per month. The benchmark for development is performance, not years of service.
Responsibilities
- PROJECT OWNERSHIP - Leading projects from commissioning to invoicing
- SUBORDINATE COORDINATION - Commissioning fitters and subcontractors, setting deadlines, delivering unpleasant decisions yourself
- COMPLAINT PROCESSING - Taking over tickets from Customer Success, clarifying the cause, commissioning the responsible subcontractor, closing the case
- MATERIAL ORDERING - Initiating and tracking orders
- INVOICE APPROVAL - Reviewing invoices, enforcing deviations yourself, granting approval within the defined scope
Qualifications
- CONSTRUCTION RELEVANCE - Education, profession, or both: trade, construction-building services, building technology, internal site management, warranty management, etc.
- RELIABILITY - Promised = delivered. If something is faltering, you report it yourself, in a timely manner, not upon request.
- REMOTE CONTROL - You have managed external companies without on-site presence and obtained binding commitments by phone or email
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS - Clean emails, complete tickets, precise documentation. Your application email is already a work sample.
Benefits
- REAL RESPONSIBILITY – No rigid hierarchies, direct influence on company processes
- MODERN OFFICE – Office on Wöhrder See in Nuremberg – modern tools, no paperwork.
- EMPLOYEE PARKING - Free parking in the car park with direct access to the office
- MOBILE OFFICE - 4 days in Nuremberg, 1 day mobile.
- DESIGN MANDATE – Those who join now shape what the setup will look like in two years.
- TEAM EVENTS – Ski trip to Ischgl, 5 days in Croatia, regular events. We celebrate together what we are building.
Application Process – Clear, fast, fair. You will receive feedback in any case.
- FIRST INTERVIEW – 30 min. – we check core qualifications
- SECOND INTERVIEW – Approx. 45–60 min. – specific technical questions (booking entries, closing process, controlling setup), insight into our current situation, process questions.
- REFERENCE CALLS – We speak with former supervisors or clients. You will be informed beforehand.
- FINAL INTERVIEW – Conditions + decision.
