The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field and several years of experience in the construction industry. The project leader / construction manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling construction projects. This includes tasks such as project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The project leader / construction manager will also be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The project leader / construction manager will be expected to work 80-100% of the time, depending on the project requirements.
