Job description

Construction Project Manager – Real Estate (M/F/D)
Location: Battenberg

Shape and develop our real estate portfolio – with technical expertise, economic understanding, and responsibility.

As a Construction Project Manager – Real Estate, you will manage and develop our real estate holdings and ensure their technical and economic operation. At the same time, you will manage construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects and coordinate internal stakeholders, trades, and external service providers.

About Us

Viessmann was founded in 1917 and has been a leading industrial company in climate technologies for over a century. In 2024, the family business merged its Climate Solutions business with Carrier Global to create a transatlantic partnership with a unique global industrial reach.

The Viessmann Generations Group has since embodied the evolution towards a global ecosystem with the shared mission: to create living spaces for future generations.

Through strategic investments, partnerships, and philanthropic engagement, the Viessmann Generations Group supports entrepreneurs and initiatives that address the central challenges of our time. The thematic investment areas range from the avoidance, reduction, and storage of greenhouse gases, to the improvement of air and water quality and food security, to the promotion of health, education, science, and the protection of democratic values.

The Viessmann Way describes how we work, lead, and create value together – whether as a team member, entrepreneur, or partner in our ecosystem.

The Viessmann Way is not a rulebook, but a compass: a living set of principles, shaped by entrepreneurial action and aligned with our long-term mission.
