Aufgaben

• Strategy-Lead: You set end-to-end multichannel strategies and translate customer goals into clear paths, so teams can focus on delivering results.
• Wachstums-Impulse: You identify potential as well as synergies in the channel mix and give strategic direction for scaling your clients' projects.
• Schnittstellen-Management: As first point of contact for clients, you take goals clearly, translate them into actions for the team, and keep all threads under control for tempo and trust.
• Kundenberatung: You set a clear expectation management and act on eye level, so strategic decisions fall quickly and foundedly.
• Projekt-Roadmap: You plan timelines as well as responsibilities carefully and ensure smooth campaign launches.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You bring at least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing (agency or company) with you, crafting strategies that work.
• Strategie-Power: You think from the goal backward, set clear priorities, and keep complex setups on track carefully.
• Organisationstalent: You structure projects precisely, document neatly, and focus for all participants.
• Performance-Know-how: You understand the levers in Social as well as Google Ads and coordinate these securely.
