Your Role With Us

At Pets Nature, you bring structure to complex projects and bring people together. You will coordinate the development of new products for dogs and cats – from the initial idea to market launch. As the central point of contact for project coordination, you will ensure transparent project plans, clear responsibilities, and reliable coordination. You will report to the Head of Marketing; technical decisions and approvals lie with the respective specialist departments. The role does not include budget responsibility.

Tasks

• You will coordinate our product development projects from the initial idea to market launch.
• You will create and maintain project plans in Asana – with clear milestones, responsibilities, and dependencies.
• You will coordinate collaboration between Brand Management, Product Development, Purchasing, Quality Management, Design, and Marketing.
• You will identify deadline risks and resource bottlenecks early on, coordinate countermeasures with the involved teams, and obtain necessary decisions.
• You will organize and moderate project meetings. You will record decisions, next steps, and responsibilities in a traceable manner.
• You will keep track of multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate priorities with the responsible departments.
• You will prepare technical decisions and approvals together with the responsible teams and follow up on open points until resolution.
• You will keep the project status up-to-date, question processes, and implement practical improvements together with the teams.

Qualifications

• You have already independently coordinated projects with multiple involved departments.
• You enjoy organizing, work in a structured and self-responsible manner, and maintain an overview even when priorities change.
• You are proficient with project management tools and can derive clear plans and concrete next steps from them.
• You communicate clearly, actively approach others, and follow up on agreements bindingly.
• You recognize which organizational issues you can solve yourself and when a decision from the responsible department is required.
• You enjoy improving processes and facilitating collaboration between teams.
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills, which you use confidently in exchanges with external partners.

Additionally, we would be pleased to see:

• Experience with the development or market launch of physical products, ideally in the consumer goods or pet food sector.
• Knowledge of Asana.
