As Project Coordinator (m/w/d) Technical Cost Management, you will bring structure to a program with multiple new construction projects and create the foundation for reliable cost models, transparent allocation keys, and sustainable settlement concepts in early project development of new power generation facilities.

Tasks

• Self-responsible coordination of all cost-relevant topics in the concept phase of new power generation facilities
• Determination, structuring, and evaluation of overarching costs for media connections, logistics, construction site equipment, and infrastructure
• Coordination with project responsible persons to prioritize cost positions and develop causally correct allocation keys
• Preparation of transparent billing grounds and development of suitable settlement concepts
• Support in selecting suitable billing systems and participation in shaping the corresponding contracts
• Structured cooperation with internal specialist departments and assumption of central interface function for cost and settlement topics

Qualification

• Degree in engineering, preferably mechanical engineering, process engineering, or civil engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Mult-year professional experience in the project field, ideally in the energy sector, plant construction, or comparable technical large-scale projects
• Safe technical understanding and ability to derive cost structures and allocation keys based on technical interdependencies
• Analytical and structured working style and outstanding communication skills in cooperation with different specialist departments
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
