Project Coordinator (m/w/d) Quality Control

You want to use your experience in quality control specifically and accompany exciting projects at a leading company in the Life-Science-Branche as part of our customer's project implementation in Plankstadt? Then EXCO GmbH offers you a responsible position in the Abteilung Quality & Compliance – full-time, starting immediately for 12 months with an option to extend.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche Leitung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich Qualitätskontrolle fester Arzneiformen
• Verantwortung für Methodentransfer, Validierung und Qualifizierung analytischer Verfahren gemäß GMP
• Anwendung und Bewertung analytischer Methoden nach Pharmakopöen (Ph. Eur., USP, JP)
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Anpassung von Spezifikationen, Testverfahren und Laboranweisungen
• Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Einführung neuer Analysegeräte
• GMP-gerechte Bewertung analytischer Ergebnisse und Dokumentation
• Mitwirkung im Abweichungs- und CAPA-Management sowie bei Freigaben gemäß §14 AMWHV (Vertretungsfall)
• Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen Fachabteilungen und Kunden im Rahmen von Projektmeetings

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung als Chemielaborant (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle, idealerweise mit Fokus auf feste Arzneiformen
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Arzneibuchanalytik (Ph. Eur., USP, JP)
• Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit HPLC, GC, Titrationen sowie in Methodentransfer, Validierung und Qualifizierung
• Sicherer Umgang mit GMP-Regularien und analytischer Dokumentation
• Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
