Project Coordination Software Projects (m/w/d) | Berlin-Mitte | Part-time/Full-time

For over 14 years, we have been developing individual software at TenMedia for the Mittelstand, public authorities, and KRITIS operators. Our software runs where outages are not an option: in government agencies, critical infrastructure, and the Mittelstand. We are looking for you to comprehensively manage our projects from tendering to acceptance.

You are the organizational hub between customers, development team, and management, ensuring that each project runs smoothly from start to finish. No job consisting only of individual tasks, but a continuous thread throughout. You accompany the project throughout its entire lifecycle.

Tasks

Your tasks, from tendering to acceptance

• You work on tenders with us and create comprehensive IT offers together
• You maintain Scrum boards, track tickets and status, clarify open points with developers, and prepare sprints in advance
• You coordinate and lead customer meetings, usually with a developer and occasionally with a project leader, including preparation, protocol, and follow-up
• You participate in software testing and acceptance and gain a genuine feel for our projects
• You create monthly invoices and keep records and documentation up to date

Qualification

This is what you bring with you

• At least two years of professional experience in project coordination, project assistance, tendering, or procurement
• You think in projects rather than individual tasks and keep the thread from tendering to acceptance
• Organizational strength and the ability to hold many threads simultaneously
• A secure and friendly demeanor in customer communication
• A high level of technical affinity: you understand our projects, can grasp IT offers, and think about software testing (programming is not necessary)
• Fluent German skills (C1/C2), as our project language is predominantly German
• A secure handling of MS Office; we use modern KI tools in everyday life, and you are happy to learn
• Experience with Scrum or agile processes is a plus, but not a must
