Project Coordination & Client Success (Freelance/Student:in)

We are the Social Food Collective – a boutique agency at the intersection of Food, Hospitality, Social Media and Community Building.

We accompany restaurants, food brands and hospitality companies in becoming visible, implementing creator campaigns and creating extraordinary experiences.

To continue growing, we are looking for support in the area of Project Coordination & Client Success.

Your Role

You ensure that our projects run smoothly.

You keep an overview, coordinate workflows and are the interface between customer, partner and our team. You think creatively, work independently and enjoy bringing structure to creative projects.

Tasks

Your tasks include

• Project coordination and project overviews (including influencer marketing)
• Preliminary preparation of Jour Fixes
• Customer communication and follow-ups
• Preparing presentations and briefings
• Maintaining Trello boards and project plans
• Event organization and guest management
• Coordinating with partners and service providers
• Coordinating to-dos and keeping deadlines in mind

Qualification

• You communicate professionally and warmly.
• You think creatively and take responsibility gladly.
• Organization is really fun for you.
• Idealistically, you have already gained experience in project management, event sector, influencer marketing or an agency.
