Project Engineer*in Technical Building Equipment (HKLS) (w/m/d) in Full-time

Join an innovative TGA team!

We are looking for a committed person (m/w/d) who is eager to plan, accompany, and further develop projects in technical building equipment. You will work in a small, interdisciplinary team, can bring in your own ideas, and quickly take on responsibility.

Tasks

• Creation of technical concepts for sustainable supply and distribution of heat, cold, and energy
• Planning of technical installations from the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, and building automation
• Design and implementation plans, as well as creating control and switching diagrams
• Productive coordination and communication with all project participants
• Processing of cross-trade plans.

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a technical drafter/system planner from the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, or a degree in the field of supply and energy technology.
• Safe handling of CAD systems, such as AutoCAD, mh-software, Revit, and the MS-Office package.
• German and basic English knowledge
• A friendly and open-minded personality
• Independent and reliable work
• Interest in technical installations, sustainability, and digital solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience with BIM, smart building technologies, sustainable energy systems, or TGA special topics.
• Interest in digital building processes and economic thinking.
