The following are your tasks: Preparation, coordination, and care of machine installations, service, and retrofit projects at representations or end customers
Active project management including budget control, reporting, and deadline tracking
Techical review of customer inquiries, proposal preparation, and order processing
Care of machines during the warranty period and beyond
Communication with internal departments, international sales and service companies, and customers
Participation in projects for process optimization and sales promotion
in the After Sales area
The following you bring: Completed studies in printing/processing technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
Ideal experience in printing or special machine building
Safe handling of technical documentation such as drawings and parts lists
Good PC skills, especially in MS Office, Google Workspace, and SAP
Travel readiness (approx. 30%, including international)
Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
Customer orientation, team ability, and communication strength
